Ariyippu introduces independent businesses through listings and business pages. We also offer page creation, maintenance and separately agreed website or app services. 2. Buying from a listed businessലിസ്റ്റുചെയ്ത ബിസിനസിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ

Confirm the seller’s identity, product details, authenticity, price, availability, delivery charges, payment recipient and cancellation/refund terms directly before ordering. The seller is responsible for its products, services, invoices, fulfilment, warranties and refunds. Direct payments to a seller are not payments to Ariyippu. 3. Listings, authenticity and verificationലിസ്റ്റിംഗുകളും ആധികാരികതയും

A listing or paid placement is not an endorsement or a guarantee that a business or product is genuine, safe, suitable or available. Information may be supplied by businesses and can change. We do not promise independent verification of every statement. Any verification or licence label must describe only the check actually performed and its scope. 4. Business owners and publishing permissionബിസിനസ് ഉടമകളും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണ അനുമതിയും

Submit a business only if you own it or are authorised to represent it. You must provide accurate information, hold applicable registrations/licences, and have rights to the text, logos, photos and testimonials you supply. You retain your rights and give Ariyippu permission to display and reasonably format approved content for the agreed listing and promotion. Separate uses require appropriate permission. Obtain consent before supplying identifiable customer testimonials. 5. Advertising and business incomeപരസ്യവും ബിസിനസ് വരുമാനവും

We do not guarantee visits, enquiries, orders, revenue, profit or Google rankings. Business income and losses depend on many factors outside our control. Paid promotions should be identified as such. 6. Our prices, estimates and renewalsഞങ്ങളുടെ നിരക്കുകളും പുതുക്കലും

The calculator gives an approximate estimate, not an accepted order or final quote. Before paid work begins, confirm the scope, deliverables, timeline, total payable, applicable taxes, included revisions, renewal fees and cancellation/refund terms in writing. Domain, hosting, third-party subscriptions, payment fees and major changes are extra unless included in that agreement. Recurring services and promotional discounts must have clear terms. We do not promise a free trial. 7. Cancellation and refundsറദ്ദാക്കലും റീഫണ്ടും

Ask for cancellation and refund terms before accepting a quote. Treatment of completed work and committed third-party costs must be explained in your agreement. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds or statutory remedies. 8. Enquiries and personal informationഅന്വേഷണങ്ങളും വ്യക്തിവിവരങ്ങളും

The enquiry form collects the name, email, phone, business name and message you enter so we can respond and discuss the requested service. FormSubmit processes submissions and sends them to our enquiry inbox; Cloudflare hosts this website. WhatsApp links open a separate service governed by its own terms. Do not send Aadhaar, passwords, OTPs, card details or sensitive documents in the form. Access should be restricted to people handling enquiries, and information kept only as needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable record obligations. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Do not submit unlawful products, impersonation, fake reviews, copied images without permission, misleading health claims, scams or harmful code. We may refuse, correct or suspend content for reasonable safety, accuracy, legal or contractual reasons. Where appropriate, we will seek clarification and explain the action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ariyippu is not responsible for an independent seller’s conduct, product authenticity, order failures, delivery, business income or losses merely because that seller appears here. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability for our own fraud, misleading representations or other conduct where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not waive consumer rights or responsibilities imposed on a platform by law. Include the page address and relevant details, without unnecessary sensitive information. We will review the concern and respond as appropriate. These terms are dated 22 October 2026. Material changes should be made available here with an updated date; changes to an existing paid agreement require the process agreed with that customer. Mandatory applicable laws and consumer rights prevail over conflicting wording.
